Great "proper" pub with games room, big outdoor seating area, attached food business (Proper Scran), different seating areas, dog-friendly, happy hours plus nice staff and clientele.
We had the best time at the Cross Keys! The people were lovely and the food was 10/10. Absolutely delicious! Fantastic atmosphere and extremely reasonable. We will definitely be visiting again!
Not much to complain about when it’s quiet outside but loud inside for those that like that, and vice versa. Also £4.70 isn’t obscene for a pint of Guinness
Excellent. Went recently and it was outstanding. Went on The Hyde’s Brewery tour so it made have given a slightly different atmosphere but… food was excellent, beers were great, staff were lovely and atmosphere (music / dj and clientele) were excellent.
Attractive, welcoming pub with friendly staff. Excellent Hydes cask ales. Not usually keen on hearing karaoke but there was surprisingly a lady who was superb. Also would be a good place to watch the live football games.
Great pub, which I make the effort to get to, as it’s a bit out the way of a crawl, especially from Davenport / Edgeley way. Great for watching sports. Loads of TVs. Loads of different drinks on tap. Great prices.
